Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of apps published by Northwick ("we", "us") on the Atlassian Marketplace, including Review Due for Confluence Cloud (the "Apps"). By installing or using an App you agree to these terms.
1. License
The Apps are licensed to you under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and the standard end-user terms that Atlassian applies to Marketplace apps. These Terms of Use supplement that agreement. Where the two conflict, the Atlassian agreement prevails. You may use the Apps only on the Atlassian Cloud site for which they are installed and only in accordance with those terms.
2. Your data
You keep all rights to your data. The Apps process only the data described in our Privacy Policy, store it in Atlassian Forge hosted storage, and never send it outside Atlassian's infrastructure.
3. Support
We provide support by email at Northwick.apps@gmail.com. We aim to reply to every support request within one business day. Details are on the Support page. Support does not include custom development or changes to your Atlassian site.
4. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue an App at any time. Updates are delivered through the Atlassian Marketplace and Forge platform. The Apps depend on Atlassian services, and their availability is subject to Atlassian's own availability and maintenance.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Apps, interfere with their operation, or use them in violation of applicable law or of Atlassian's terms.
6. Warranty disclaimer
Except for any warranty that the Atlassian Marketplace agreement requires us to give, the Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northwick will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or business, arising out of or related to the Apps. Our total liability for all claims relating to an App will not exceed the amount you paid us for that App in the twelve months before the claim, or, for a free App, 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Termination
You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these terms. Sections 6, 7 and 9 survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms, except where mandatory law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published at this address with its effective date. Continued use of an App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
